He delivered consistently by bringing in members of his team to support his efforts to give me good and seamless service. He was able to accurately anticipate and fill my needs while never losing sight of my limited time to spend deciding between three manufacturers and 6 models. 5 for friendly because of his authenticity and integrity. He earned my trust by sharing his own lived truth. I even felt comfortable enough to have my wife return on her own to close the deal. That never happens.......but it did with Andrew. 5 for overall experience because from the greeting to the hand shake he was totally present and engaged with service...amazing. 5 for price because the value was there for the dollar when making comparison on safety, technology, engineering, versatility and quality. Since when do you not get a full tank of gas when you buy a new car? It's been a while since I bought a car, but, when I spent over $17K, a full tank would have been nice. 2. I didn't notice it when I test drove the car or when I drove it home, but now it's obvious that the previous owner was a smoker. I think they covered it up with air freshener. Hopefully it will go away with time. 3. Although Gloria was very friendly and calls herself the "customer advocate," at the end of the day it was clear who she worked for. We got a good price, a very good price, even (apparently), but she knows who she works for and so should you. All in all, a fair deal, although if the smoky odor doesn't dissipate, I'll be unhappy. More
