We had been searching online for a 2011 Honda Odyssey and We had been searching online for a 2011 Honda Odyssey and finding few, as they are just coming off lease. After a negative experience at a different dealership a great distance from our home, we were pleased to see a listing at Motorcars Honda, as the dealership is 40 minutes from our home. We researched the vehicle online, including the free Autocheck from Motorcars, and noticed the links to positive ratings posted on the Motorcars website. Reading these reviews, all positive, we saw several sales names coming up repeatedly, with the most frequent being Andrew Chiarelli. We called the dealership (open til 8pm!) and specifically asked for Andrew to see if the vehicle was still available and arrange for a test drive. Imagine our dismay when we heard it had sold (in less than 24 hours) and imagine our surprise when Andrew called back within 10 minutes to let us know he had found a 2012 for the same price at Motorcars Toyota, directly across the street. The vehicle was waiting at Motorcars Honda when we arrived for the test drive, and Andrew was expecting us. We drove and loved the vehicle, but never felt pressure from Andrew to force a sale. He helped us to see all the assets of the vehicle, and helped us to figure out how to finance it once we'd decided to purchase. Both Andrew and the finance associate from Motorcars Toyota (Matt) stayed over an hour and a half late to complete the process, and we drove home in the new van. Andrew even arranged to come to our home the next week (the purchase being just before Easter) to spend more time showing us the details of the vehicle. Further arrangements were made, by Andrew, to get us the headphones and extra keys not present at time of purchase ( he noticed - we had no idea). All in all, a pleasant transaction in a pleasant environment resulting in a superior vehicle. Kudos to Andrew, Motorcars Honda, and Motorcars Toyota! More
