I bought a used honda for my daughter and they shot my application to over 18 banks and dropped my credit score 114 points. Now, I have a payment due shortly and I have no idea where to send it or what the account number is. I have called the bank that is supposed to have the loan and they said they know nothing about it. I will NEVER do business with this dealer again and if anyone is considering them, DONT! More

After the financing was figured, I ended up purchasing a newer vehicle than I thought I could afford (at the suggestion of the finance manager); however, at no point did I feel pressured to buy. I picked up my vehicle late after work and Mr. Chiarelli did not rush through the final process and was thorough in showing me how to operate all the features. At vehicle delivery, Mr. Chiarelli informed me that he just noticed the vehicle had some loose objects rolling around inside the headliner...the noise was not heard during the test drive, probably because the radio was on. Mr. Chiarelli assured me that Honda Service would take care of it and to schedule an appointment. The skeptic in me wondered if he knew the noise was there all along and did not let it reveal itself during the test drive (by turning the radio on). I lost buyer confidence momentarily but the paperwork had already been processed and I was tired after work and wanted to get home to my family. I was disappointed that I would have to bring my vehicle back for service and I thought it would be inconvenient due to my work hours. I found that the service department has late hours. They had a loaner vehicle ready for me and they fixed the noise that same day. I was not charged for the service or the loaner vehicle. My buyer confidence was restored. Mr. Chiarelli was true to his word and I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle. Also the service department has exceptional customer service. More
