Jeff Snider was good to work with. Seemed generally helpful in wanting to get me the right vehicle for the right price. The used car sales manager was also great. We were there for 3 hours the first night, and had to come back to close the following day to finish closing for another hour. Andrew Chiarelli was fantastic. We spoke on the phone before I visited the dealership and due to the distance he said he wanted to go out and touch the car prior to my coming up to make sure they actuall before I visited the dealership and due to the distance he said he wanted to go out and touch the car prior to my coming up to make sure they actually had it still and then confirmed there were no deposits from another potential buyer before I made the drive. I mentioned on the phone what I thought was a fair price and when I got there the price he offered the car at was a very reasonable counter. While my daugher and I took the car for a test drive he actually washed and detailed our car we drove to the dealership. What an unexpected extra touch. He then washed and detailed the new car while we signed all the paperwork. He made the whole process very pleasant for my daughter who the car is for and me.
