My Honda Accord is almost 10 years old, and running so well, that it's hard to justify getting a new car, but I will certainly use your dealership forever! When I was recently in for a quick new battery replacement, I told this story about your service department and was asked to send it in to you. My favorite story about your service department and the Best Bargain I Ever Got happened a few years ago. I often work all night and drive back and forth at night to University Hospitals as an ObGYN, and my car and its dependability, reliability and availabilty are crucial to my actual survival and safety. On morning, about 7 a.m., I was leaving the hospital and was pulled over by a Cleveland Heights Policeman because one of my car lights was out. He did not give me a ticket (!!), but warned me to get it fixed and since I was near the dealership and didn't have any other time to schedule a repair, I just drove right in and asked for help. The service employee showed me into the lounge, showed me where the coffee and cookies were and I sat down on a comfy couch. Having worked all night, I promptly fell asleep after eating some cookies, and was awakened about 45 minutes later with a gentle tap on the shoulder. The serviceman said that all I needed was a fuse for the light and that the car was fixed and they had run it through the complimentary carwash also. The total bill was about $3 or something really cheap like that.. I was only charged for the actual fuse. So, for just that couple of dollars, I had my car fixed, a car wash, breakfast and a nap... the best bargain and the best hour I have spent. I can't thank you all for the times I have used your service for routine maintenance and the few repairs or updates I have scheduled....Your service and kindness are legendary!! Ivra took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for - type of car, mileage and price. He did not rush my decision and kept me posted when new "used" cars in my price range arrived. The entire sales experience was taylored by Noah to meet my needs and comfort level. I do not enjoy haggling over price or wasting my time being shown vehicles I don't like or can't afford. The main points are that Honda has a great product and that Motorcars service is unsurpassed. Burt provided us a friendly, low key, non-confrontational sales experience. The follow-up (delivery and installation of cargo cover) was a little shaky in that I had to call to inquire if the item was going to be available any time soon, and the parts people told me that it had been waiting for me for a few days already. No one had called to let me know it was there. Also, Burt was not well informed about the stability control (on/off, what it's for, etc.) mechanism in the CR-V. These are pretty minor problems. I am delighted with the car. (I would have liked to get my first choice for color. In all the years - since 1987 - we've been buying cars from Motorcars, it's seldom happened. I don't know if we are just unlucky or if that's an area where Motorcars staff doesn't exert as much effort as they might. Regarding our most recent purchase, I see red CR-V's all over the road, but there wasn't one for us.) More
My 1989 Honda Accord died suddenly and I was desperate for a car. Unfortunaely due to a variety of circumstances, my credit rating was less than top notch. I had also just purchased another Honda in June of 2011, for my daughter, so that also hurt my credit score. (Unfortunately I did not purchase it from Motorcars Honda, a mistake I will not make again.) Andrew went out of his way to assist me so that I was able to get a car. I thought I would have to get a used vehicle, which I was okay with as I have a long love for Honda's, but Andrew helped me to get a brand new Accord! I am thrilled with my purchase, and when the need arises again, I will not hesistate to return to Honda Motorcars, and to seek out the assistance of Andrew. He was helpful, never pushy, proud of the product he sells, his family, and his country. More
This is actually the fourth car I've leased from Motorcars. The attention to detail in the handling of the sale and the prep of the car is unmatched. Andrew takes great pride in showing and explaining the functions of the automobile, as well he showed a tremendous amount of patience in setting up the 'handsfree mobile service' I could't have done it without him. I also appreciate the explanation of the additional package that offers tows, lock-out service and replacement of damaged tires and rims. Our sales rep is thorough, efficient and most of service oriented. Hats off to Motorcars for an outstanding employee and reputable service. More

I knew that Motorcars Honda has a good reputation in Cleveland, and they were excellent just like what I heard. Rick was very professional, knowledgeable, and was willing to listen to what I wanted to buy. Some dealers are very pushy, and not listen to you, but Rick is very calm, and knows what a customer wants. Motorcars Honda’s straightforward pricing made it easier for me to choose a car since I didn’t have to negotiate for an overpriced car. I continue to be impressed with how responsive and caring Rick is. I had a minor problem with a trunk latch, and he came along with me to help me expedite the car service process. I am glad that I bought a car from Motorcars Honda, and I strongly recommend you to go and find Rick Hammer when you buy a car in the area. He was able to answer all my questions and after driving a Honda Civic and speaking with him on a couple of occasions, I decided that a Honda would be the right choice for me. I visited several places, but Andrew's personality and friendliness convinced me that I wanted to buy a car from him and not someone else. I found other car locations tended to be overbearing and pushy, Andrew was not and that made me feel more comfortable purchasing a car through him. My experiences with Andrew at the car dealership when I bring my car in to be serviced have also been pleasant and informative. More
