Very considerate service in this time of Covid I snapped the antenna of my CR-V and called to make an appointment for service. I knew what was missing but was unable to tell him if the base was damaged so he suggested I bring it in for him to inspect. I explained that I am over 70 and have an underlying health issue and inquired how this would be done.safely. Scott understood my concern. He gave me his direct number so I could call when I arrived and he came right out wearing a mask. When he inspected the antenna, he was able to screw in a new part right then and there.
