Gloria is wonderful! She drove to Columbus to help me turn in my trade after I moved since leasing for years at this location. She wore a mask and we did everything in my driveway. My first financing experience lasted over a year, as I prepared to get a job and ultimately get started. I was getting the run around from many dealers who were desperate to sell me the car THEY wanted to sell me, and not the one I wanted. Some of the financing deals out there are very shady bait-and-switch moves to get you in the door and then put you in a bad financial spot with your new vehicle for years and years. It's predatory. Gloria was a breath of fresh air! Sure, she gave me some options, but in the end she worked with me to get me the car I wanted at a fair price. She was genuinely friendly (not the annoying fake type) and respectful of my time. Contrell in Finance was also very friendly and explained everything clearly. We discovered a small error in the financing application during the process, and he made it right. My experience at the dealership from the minute I stepped foot in the door was very good. The person who greeted me, Michael Lesko, offered me a water right away. Very observant. I was extremely thirsty. Anyway, Foundation Honda is kind of a hike from where I live, but I'll go back in the future for my next Honda. Five stars all day. Honda: take care of Gloria, Contrell, and Mike.
