Some of the financing deals out there are very shady bait-and-switch moves to get you in the door and then put you in a bad financial spot with your new vehicle for years and years. It's predatory. Gloria was a breath of fresh air! Sure, she gave me some options, but in the end she worked with me to get me the car I wanted at a fair price. She was genuinely friendly (not the annoying fake type) and respectful of my time. Contrell in Finance was also very friendly and explained everything clearly. We discovered a small error in the financing application during the process, and he made it right. My experience at the dealership from the minute I stepped foot in the door was very good. The person who greeted me, Michael Lesko, offered me a water right away. Very observant. I was extremely thirsty. Anyway, Foundation Honda is kind of a hike from where I live, but I'll go back in the future for my next Honda. Five stars all day. Honda: take care of Gloria, Contrell, and Mike.
