Called to book an appointment, they double booked us with someone else who was already there who was about to buy the car and had all their paperwork in front of them, ultimately wasting our time, nobody was someone else who was already there who was about to buy the car and had all their paperwork in front of them, ultimately wasting our time, nobody was at the door to greet anyone, nobody there seemed to care about anything and we were told to WAIT for another customer who was already filling their paperwork out. Not the mention they raised the price up by 6% since I booked the appointment, absolutely unprofessional. It’s okay though there’s going to be corporate involved at this location to crack down on them. Also not to mention their sales call center lady was rushing us to come in to essentially scam us. This dealer is completely untrustworthy especially with the reviews for used cars, they don’t disclose heavier damage until the very end of the signing…. This place needs to get audited ASAP, It would be wise if they shut down permanently. More
