Unable to Contact Finance Department I traded in a Honda I had bought from this dealership when it was called Motorcars, and needed to get a refund for my the remainder of my GAP insuranc I traded in a Honda I had bought from this dealership when it was called Motorcars, and needed to get a refund for my the remainder of my GAP insurance and a extra insurance I had purchased. I called multiple times a week until I finally decided to visit the dealership in person since I was not getting any responses to my voicemails. When I got there, I was told the finance department was busy and to leave my information and they would get back to me the following business day. Not only was I not contacted, but when I went back the following weekend I was told I didn't even need to come in person to fill out paperwork, that the finance manager (CJ) would get everything done for me via e-mail. I sent CJ all the paperwork he needed to cancel the insurances and he told me he would get me a confirmation e-mail ASAP. I did not get a confirmation e-mail and when I followed up with him, I didn't even get a response. I kept following up every week with an e-mail and a phone call all that went ignored for about a month. I finally contacted the GAP insurance company myself and did all the paperwork to get the refund confirmation, and it took me all of a half hour to complete. I am very disappointed with Foundation Honda's response to my situation and will not be recommending that dealership to anyone. More
