Finally, An Easy Car Shopping Experience By the time that I went to Foundation Honda, I was sick of spending time in car dealerships. I had been looking for a car for over 3 months, and I was By the time that I went to Foundation Honda, I was sick of spending time in car dealerships. I had been looking for a car for over 3 months, and I was tired. I was tired of trying to find the right car for me, for my budget, for my family, etc. I was starting to be convinced that I wouldn’t find a dealer who could help me without being pushy, let alone find a car I could live with. Enter Bob Howard. Within minutes of my arrival, he had 4 different cars that were within my budget and was walking me through the price points, the “little extras” each individual car cane with, and what was covered on a Honda Certified vehicle. He was straightforward and to the point without being pushy. When I started to look at cars that were beyond my price point, he explained the extra costs and fees to me while guiding me back to the options I could afford. During the test drive, he took the time to explain, demonstrate, and let me practice all the accessories that came with the vehicle. Within just a few hours, I had my car all ready and waiting for me. Bob helped me every step of the way. He sent me a thank you card in the mail, and a month later, he called to check on how the car and I were doing. I’m happier in my car than I ever thought I could be. Hopefully, I won’t need to replace my car again any time soon...but you can bet that when I do, I’ll be returning to Bob! More
