I had to leave right after dropping it off, but she called me with the results of the test. She explained what would happen next and the time it would take. She then called me to let me know there would be a delay as a part did not arrive as early as it should have, but gave me an ETA. The car was ready sooner than expected so she immediately called me to let me know I could pick it up. I appreciate so much that she explained everything and kept me informed as to progress and delays. More
