Per Honda the 4 in that code indicates its time for plugs, timing belt and water pump (at min inspect water pump). I consider this major service and would like to know cost before I bring it in. The first price I get is $589.95. Ok that sounds cheap for timing belt. This person only schedules and does not seem to know very much so i ask to speak to someone. I set-up an appointment and they give me to a service writer. Either Mark or Mike answers the phone and I ask for the cost to do timing belt. I get a price of $1,689. Wow why so high? Well that includes all kind of other stuff I don't need. I ask for just the cost of service #4 per Honda and he seems to have trouble giving me that number. As I ask a few more questions the guy hangs up on me. So are the service writers at Motorcars not able to discuss service, what is needed and options without getting upset and hanging up. I tried calling back but after waiting on hold I just gave up. I'll go somewhere else that appreciates their customers. More

Seriously, a dream! This is my first purchase from Motorcars and honestly it could not have been better. My wait time was minimal, Emanuel Jones was my sales person and This is my first purchase from Motorcars and honestly it could not have been better. My wait time was minimal, Emanuel Jones was my sales person and he was very courteous and personable. He explained features of the vehicle and was open and honest the entire time. I also dealt with Contrell Alford for financing, he went above and beyond to help me and was friendly and knowledgeable throughout the process. I also revised my insurance and switched to Allstate while purchasing my vehicle. Lynn was able to get me better coverage for a lower rate for my vehicle and home. This entire experience was a dream. It was absolutely painless and the staff was amazing. I will definitely recommend this dealership and be a repeat customer when it's time to buy again. More

I came into Motorcars to look at a vehicle I had seen onli Ms. Ivy is the most helpful, patient and down-to-earth salesperson I have ever experienced. I came into Motorcars to look at a vehicle I had seen online. I came with children in tow thinking we were just taking a quick look. Ms. Ivy was not pushy or overbearing, but very accommodating. Once I saw the vehicle, I decided I wanted to drive it. During the ride she had the perfect mix of informing me about the vehicle and letting me check it out. She wasn't trying to cover up anything, but more showing off how great it is. She was so patient with me and my children, something I am so appreciative of. She made me feel comfortable and even let my daughter watch videos on her personal phone while we chatted. After the test drive, I decided to go for it. I had a zillion questions and she answered each one honestly, looking out for my best interest as well. I had a nice pre-approval, but Mr. Contrell--a true salesman--haggled on my behalf and got me a better deal. Mr. Ben, who helped me with insurance, was also great and gave me some great insurance tips while I was there. I really appreciate all of the great service received at Honda Motorcars from the above-excellent staff. Ms. Ivy, Mr. Contrell, and Mr. Ben are great assets to that company. The ONLY reason I put a 4 star vs a 5 has nothing to do with the customer service, but that the price of the vehicle was locked in place and there was no room to haggle much at all. What a great experience. I love our new vehicle! Thank you Honda Motorcars!! More
