2019 Honda Sport About 1+ months prior, I contacted Motorcars Honda and completed an online application; and after scheduling an appointment to come into the dealershi About 1+ months prior, I contacted Motorcars Honda and completed an online application; and after scheduling an appointment to come into the dealership, I was told that I would need a substantial down payment, so I opted to wait and postpone purchasing a vehicle. I recently decided to re-visit the process and spoke to Jeff Berlin (sale), completed an online application and was contacted by Finance Manager, Contrell Alford to obtain some additional information about the type of vehicle I was interested in, along with my price point and was told that he'd be in touch again. I don't think 2 hours passed, and I received a call from Contrell, informing me that I had been approved and coordinated an appointment with Jeff to come in that upcoming Saturday. I met with Jeff, who was kind, helpful, knowledgeable and professional; along with meeting with Contrell, who I cannot say enough about...he was personable, knowledgeable, resourceful and a true gem to Motorcars Honda in identifying my financial position in making my car purchase experience ideal and true to my personal needs. I complimented Jeff on the smoothness and timing of the appointment-I was done meeting with Jeff and Contrell in less then 1.5 hours! Bob Howard is THE MAN Three years ago I was in a car accident and my vehicle was a total loss, I had to get a new vehicle and did not have a lot of time to decide what I wa Three years ago I was in a car accident and my vehicle was a total loss, I had to get a new vehicle and did not have a lot of time to decide what I wanted, but I had a few ideas, I took a test drive of a Honda Accord with a Honda Specialist Bob Howard. I loved the Honda but decided against leasing the Honda. I also test drive four other vehicles as well. I emailed every salesperson that I worked with and took a test drive with and thanked them for their time with me. Bob Howard, was the ONLY salesman to follow up with me and THANK Me for my email and if I was ever in the market for a Honda to not hesitate to contact him. Fast forward three years later and i was near the end of my current lease and I wanted to test drive the newest Accord, fresh off of a redesign. I googled Bob a Howard at his old dealership because I was only going to get a Honda from Bob Howard and no one else. I saw that Bob Howard was now at another dealership so, I drove to that dealerhship with the intention of doing my test drive with him, he was off that day but a manager was there. I told him the story of why I was there to see Bob, and how his email reply was so small thing, but it was a big thing to me because it showed even though I did not get a Honda at that time, he still valued me as a consumer. I appreciated knowing that I was valued, and it was time for me to get my Honda from Bob. I (nicely) stalked Bob because that was who I was going to be working with to get my vehicle. Bob called me the next day he was back at work to thank me for finding him and for wanting to work with him for my car needs. A few weeks later, i signed my papers on my new Accord (which I love) and I could not have been any happier. Bob worked with me at getting a car that was in my budget, with a TON of safety features. Everyone in the dealership has been kind and it was a pleasurable experience. I see why Motorcars and Honda can’t be beat. After much deliberation about car-buying, we determined that our family situation was such that we actually needed not one new car but two. Our mechanic recommended Michael Lesko at Motorcars Honda. We have been a long-time Honda family, so this already sounded like a good direction. We met with Michael on a number of occasions between October and January. In that time, we were able to arrange to buy a 2016 CRV and lease a 2019 Civic, with combined monthly payments that were within our budget. Michael was extremely helpful, gracious, friendly and patient throughout the process. He showed us several CRV's, but never pushed us to make a purchase before we were ready. W found him to be genuine and very compassionate. he took the time to not only understand our financial situation, but also get to know us on a personal level. He earned our complete trust in the process, and by the time the sale as complete, we felt as though we had made a friend. He continues to make himself available for even the most basic questions about our cars. We have no desire to go anywhere else for car purchases, and we hope Michael is available the next time we're in the market for a car. We would (and will) recommend him -- and Motorcars Honda in general -- to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. More
