I purchased a new car recently and Joe and Chris were very helpful. They answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. I did not however have a pleasant experience with the finance manager Micheal Stoughton. I found his sale tactics way too pushy. He made me feel extremely uncomfortable and less than. If I were to buy a car there again I would ask to work with someone else. More

When I pointed out some things that I wasn't sure about, like a small strip of rust or some delay in how fast the air conditioning or heating took to kick on, I felt that the dealer was more interested in minimizing the faults than helping me understand. (i.e. "Yeah that's fairly small, not unusual for a used car" instead of "Not to insult your intelligence, but here's why it's important and how to get it fixed.") Everyone I worked with was polite. A manager, Mr Bencivenni made sure we were promptly paired with a product specialist who was Jeff Berlin. Jeff made our car buying experience so pleasant it was like working with a friend. He was easy going, clearly knowledgeable, and I felt he had our best interest in mind. When a scratch was found on the car Manager Mark Platzar assured us it would be taken care of; I picked up a beautiful, spotless car. Jeff even ended up coming to our home to finish all the paperwork. The afternoon I picked up my car Jeff arranged for me to receive the keys from a coworker, Tyler Gilles, who also was a delight.
