I was steaming...needless to say , i had a mind to rescind the deal on the spot..but went through with it . that was 2016... not this time McPherson was straight forward. More

Recently, my husband and I were looking for a small SUV (or so we thought). We visited in November 2018 to drive a CR-V. Thought we were convinced that we would get one. Thought about our family situation for a few weeks and revamped our idea to a third row SUV or a minivan. We drove both and ended up purchasing a used 2016 Odyssey. A much better decision for us. At no point did we feel that we were less valued as customers because we were looking at used cars from day 1.
