I arrived early because I live 40 miles away and I can never predict the traffic. They took me right in for my oil change and tire rotation. I was in and out in under an hour. I like the (new to me) featu never predict the traffic. They took me right in for my oil change and tire rotation. I was in and out in under an hour. I like the (new to me) feature of providing a video of the safety inspection of the vehicle. I used to work right around the corner, but I'm now retired. However, I'm willing to drive the extra distance to have my service done here because I have always been treated with exceptional courtesy and professionalism. These guys are great. More

The ultimate bate and switch I’ve used this dealer 5 times in the past they ordered a car and on the day of pickup they tried to scam me worse then in my 30 years of leasing and buying. Couldn’t find parts dept. entrance.Told receptionist,door said employees only.She said you can go in there and walk around to the parts dept.Door was locked. I knocked on the entrance.Told receptionist,door said employees only.She said you can go in there and walk around to the parts dept.Door was locked. I knocked on the door, and a kid said this is for employees only.I told him what the receptionist said, and then told him someone should make the customer entrance to parts easier to find.The kid said,”Someone should learn how to read a—-king sign.”Nice way to speak to a customer.My first and last visit there.
