After the sale, and I had picked up the vehicle, I had a condition concern which required that I bring the vehicle back in for a discussion a couple of days later. The service manager in the prep area whose job it was to convince me and put me at ease was a bit rude and presented themselves as having been inconvenienced to address my concern. As it turned out I was mistaken about my issue. I let the salesman know and apologized for the inconvenience. I didn't feel the service manager deserved an apology. More

HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP If I didn't already hate this dealership, they just keep fueling the fire. Went in for my 2nd oil change...upon leaving the dealership I traveled ab If I didn't already hate this dealership, they just keep fueling the fire. Went in for my 2nd oil change...upon leaving the dealership I traveled about 1 mile when I heard this loud pop and then a horrible dragging sound ...i immediately pulled over to find one of their "master" techs never reattached the skid plate!! I had to crawl under and bend it up to drive back. I then get a call from the salesman who originally sold me the vehicle(good guy) because the service writer told him I was disappointed in the vehicle and the dealership ..he was looking to put me into another Honda and I told him I wouldn't own another Honda if it was free.. told him the only thing I was interested in was getting out of my lease he said he would have the general manager Whitlock call me ..I knew that wasn't going to happen and it never did so I'll live two more years with this piece of crap vehicle but I won't use my two remaining free oil changes ...caveat emptor More

Jose located the color and model (CRV Touring) we wanted and in about 2 and a half weeks it was complete with our requested add-ons. The car is beautiful and rides very smoothly. More
