Each experience has been better than the last and this was no exception. John is always very easy to deal with. He sold my mom a CRV last year and she was very happy with her experience as well. This is the 16th car I have purchased or leased from a dealership and Braegen is by far, the nicest finance manager I've ever dealt with. Can't say enough about him.
