18 months ago I leased a Honda Ridgeline from John Landry of Honda of Danbury. 2 weeks ago I was with Ed Acosta who was arranging my regular 10,000 mile service for my Ridgeline. During the check-in we discu of Honda of Danbury. 2 weeks ago I was with Ed Acosta who was arranging my regular 10,000 mile service for my Ridgeline. During the check-in we discussed my dilemma - I was laid off and I could no longer afford the Ridegeline's lease payment nor the high running costs. Ed introduced me to Steve Vikaros who analyzed the numbers and then made me an offer to turn in the Ridgeline and replace it with an Accord................The cost saving advantage to me are significant: a reduced monthly lease commitment and far more attractive running costs. Dealing with Honda of Danbury is always an all round satisfying experience. More

I was searching for a bigger car for our growing family and the Honda Pilot was on our list. Michael Devine was my salesperson and he was patient, informative and took me on a test drive. My new car was ready to go when I came to get it, and Mike spend lots of time answering my questions about the new vehicle. I love the V6 Accord that I bought from this dealership several years ago and have been dutifully bringing the car in for scheduled service since. The staff in the service department by and large are very helpful and courteous. I want to mention specifically David Dube, whom I've dealt with from time to time from day 1. He's always courteous and professional, and brings a can-do, problem-solving attitude to everything that I bring his attention to. He doesn't have a gatekeeper's mindset and instead just tries to tackle whatever problems or concerns that I raise, which I appreciate. More
