I was actually sent to this dealership by a relative who purchased a vehicle there last year. Am I glad that I went there. I looked up Jim Gallagher , who I thought was the finance guy , but found out that purchased a vehicle there last year. Am I glad that I went there. I looked up Jim Gallagher , who I thought was the finance guy , but found out that he was the sales manager. It turned out to be my lucky day. Not only did he point me in the right direction for my purchase , he also assured me that financing wouldn't be an issue . He gave me a deal I couldn't refuse . I have since been back for servicing and Jim came over to make sure all was well with my new car and family-he even remembered my kids' names ! Who can do that ?! All in all , everything at this dealership is top - notch. I do recommend them and Jim . Bravo Honda of Danbury. More

Scott was extremely knowledgeable, taking the time to thoroughly explain the services needed and made me feel very comforta I received was excellent. The showroom is very nicely laid out and casual. Steve was very friendly and helpful. There was no pressure at all. I am shocked this dealership is rated so highly. I cannot stress this enough. Any other Honda dealer in the area will sell for less than Danbury Honda. If you are buying from Danbury, then you are cannot stress this enough. Any other Honda dealer in the area will sell for less than Danbury Honda. If you are buying from Danbury, then you are throwing away many hundreds to a $1000. Other Honda dealerships in the area will beat them, pretty easily. My salesperson "came down to a few hundred over invoice pricing", which is ridiculous if you do your homework. Even now, they send me "end of year clearance specials" emails boasting about "invoice pricing with this email only" as if it were some kind of clearance price. Well I bought my Accord from the closest Honda dealer besides them for about $1000 less than they wanted to give me as their best deal. This was not a question of negotiation. They simply were not interested in selling a car under invoice. I have dropped my review a notch in a couple of places, due to receiving a canned automated "call us to discuss your situation email" after submitting my initial review. Not to mention this sites practice of delaying posting this review for two weeks in order for the dealership to try to convince me to increase my rating! This shows that dealer rater is EXTREMELY protective of the dealers! I note that positive reviews appear almost immediately. So because my view is negative it get delayed? Incredible! More

I was looking for a good commuter car and I've always have heard good things about Honda's. I didn't want to buy a new car but wanted something that would be fun to drive and reliable. i worked with Mike have heard good things about Honda's. We went over several options and I decided on a 2009 Honda Accord Coupe. Mike answered all of my questions and we talked about my concerns in terms of a good commuter car, mileage, gas mileage, reliability, value, etc. After spending time with Mike I knew exactly what I wanted and felt great about my decision. I wanted to let it be known that Mike is an honest and easy going guy. I didn't feel pressured in any way to go in a certain direction about my purchase. We simply laid out what my goals were and came up with the perfect car. I would highly recommend Honda of Danbury and if you get the chance to work with Mike Devine do so! He is by far the best car salesman I have worked with to date. More
I have been "shopping around" for a new Honda CRV to replace my 2004, 220,000 mile CRV, (which I have been extremely happy with.) I've visited or contacted a few dealerships in my area and ended up purchasing my car from Honda of Danbury. Sales professional, Mike Devine, was the epitome of a customer oriented representative. I had a couple of complicating factors involved in my purchase, which Mike listened to and addressed. Mike orchestrated every aspect of my purchase, so I only had to deal with one "point person." His friendliness, empathy and non-judgmental attitude were key in my desire to deal with him as my sales person. Mike was informative, supportive and genuinely concerned with providing me with the car I was looking for. He made himself available, even via cellular should he not be at his desk, during the entire process. Following my purchase, he both oriented me to the new car and again offered any assistance he could provide, should I have any follow-up questions/concerns. Mike physically showed me how to program common computer applications, (would have taken me forever to do on my own,) and both reinforced and made sure I was comfortable before I left the dealership. I truly feel the time, efforts and customer care put forth by Mike demonstrate what a great asset he is to his dealership and also are the main reasons I will both continue to deal with Honda of Danbury for my service needs and recommend Mike/his dealership to anyone looking to purchase a car. (Also, please note that Danielle of internet sales and the receptionist who greeted me upon my arrival could not have been friendlier or more supportive...a really great dealership experience.
