My experience purchasing a new car at Honda of Danbury was a great one. Tony was very helpful and knowledgeable and made it very easy to make a decision to purchase a new car. Walked into Honda of Danbury and was promptly greeted and taken care of. Tony Delena spent quite a bit of time with me explaining the 2012 Honda CRV that I was interested in. I have been a loyal customer of the service department for 16 years with my 1996 Honda Civic. 2 years ago when my wife's Toyota Sienna was due to be retired, I knew I wanted a Honda for her. We worked wit for 16 years with my 1996 Honda Civic. 2 years ago when my wife's Toyota Sienna was due to be retired, I knew I wanted a Honda for her. We worked with Rich Radigan and she is in love with her 2010 CR-V. As my Civic ages and with a daughter getting ready to drive, I knew it was time to add a third car to the family. Only call I made was Rich who sat down with me and figured out a game plan for getting me a new Civic, with just the right features, accessories, price point and warranty. Last week we received an advertisement from Honda of Danbury suggesting that we might be able to upgrade our 2010 CR-V to a 2012 model forgiving the existing loan and keeping the payment the same. I again called Rich, we did trade up, and love the new 2012 CR-V. I always feel like the Honda of Danbury team (both service and sales) is working *with* me, not *on* me. I was greeted and assisted immediately upon arrival. Tony DeLena was courteous and responsive to my request to look at specific cars that I had viewed on-line.
