The sales man jose was awesome. However when we got yo to the second floor to sign papers, it was a completley diffrent treatment. Begining from waiting about 30 to more mins while 4 diffrent parties that got there after us got waitied on first. Then finally getting help and our closing manager Gulalie Ansari out of 5 starts id give her a 1 star and thats because 0 stars is not an option. I was really dissapointed at the end when she helped. I dont know if it was her lack of trianing or her not caring for the customer . More
