First and foremost, the dealership is beautiful and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. I purchased the vehicle 8 days ago, and since I left the dealership I noticed that when the vehicle is on the highway the driver side mirror rattles to the point that everything is a blur. Non-functional and frustrating really, but the issue here is that I have contacted Katheryn multiple times and she has yet helped me resolve this issue. Her follow through is the detailing issue here. There is no follow-through. I have been expecting a call or an email for service today, and it is now almost 3pm and still no contact. Also, I asked for a Honda LA baseball cap as a gift and was informed that I would be given an update (yes or no) the following day, and again I have yet to receive an answer via phone or email. I will be taking my Honda to another dealer for service, bottom line, and hopefully I can communicate with someone who really cares about their clientele. Disappointed overall. As for the finance dept., I can't quite remember the name of the staff, but she was also very kind. The issue that I have with this department is the lack of explanation and transparency when I was signing my paperwork. There was no explanation regarding anything. I understand that this is my responsibility when signing a contract, and I am completely fine with what I have signed, but I am disappointed that I wasn't given numbers or explained in detail what I was adding on to the contract. For example, I purchased Honda care without ever being offered it or having explained to me what it is and what the fee was. Luckily I knew ahead of time what it is, but it felt sneaky and dishonest to add it to the contract without informing me. Maybe this is a default add-on but I would have expected to be informed of this nonetheless. Last but not least, while waiting to meet with finance to finalize my paperwork I was informed that I would be waiting approximately 20mins, but I ended waiting for one an hour without any further updates or communication. I am content with my vehicle, but the lack of transparency and non-existent follow-up or follow-through from the sales department is awful. Unfortunate that this had to be my review. More
