Seems like each time I’m here for service (on average every 4-5 months for an oil change) there are new employees. Each caring less about their job and knowing the least amount of basic customer service every 4-5 months for an oil change) there are new employees. After my last visit I was told after their “complimentary” multipoint inspection, that I needed work that I just spent close to $1k at pep boys. But I guess since my car is a certain age they have to push sales and throw in unnecessary work. I take great care of my vehicle and I stay on top of my routine maintenance but I think it’s time to find another place for service. More
