First time customer and no car wash , poor customer service. Over 3 hour wait. Car was parked in different direction to exit . I had to turn my own car around just to exit. The person that drove it around could’ve pointed the car in the same direction as the other cars being serviced. I guess since I didn’t go with you overly expensive recommendations you guys wanted me to do more work as I leave! How hard would it have been to simply point the car in the same direction as the other customers leaving! My car was pointed at the show room. More
