Joaquín was very patient and informative. I did not feel pressured to purchase or rushed through the process. Iv’e been waiting for a call back because I had an issue with my car because you guys did a bad job on my oil motor change I got stranded on my way to Oklahoma and had to get my motor fixed over there.
