Andy Gonzales is on a power trip caught up with his own self importance. He took what should have been a pleasant experience and turned it into a nightmare. I attempted to contact Mr. Gonzales to verify t self importance. He took what should have been a pleasant experience and turned it into a nightmare. I attempted to contact Mr. Gonzales to verify that a FEDEX full payment for my Granddaughter’s new Honda vehicle had been received. It was sent to him. Andy did not return my voice mail, or respond to my text messaged causing me great concern. Evidently he doesn’t know anything about customer service. He is a very bad representative for Honda of Los Angeles. With folks like him on the payroll I don’t see a great future for the dealership. I am a heart patient and don’t need this stress. My Granddaughter still hasn’t received her initial deposit because Andy has it tied up in paperwork. One of two thing is happening here. Either he is incompetent or is playing childish games with me. Neither is acceptable. God help us all in these trying times. Mark Corrie More
