Lack of communication. They will advise you to go home and pick up your car later but they will not inform you that’s it’s done and they will go home. I took my car in for service and was told I needed an alignment. I paid for it the summary paper work states I should receive alignment proof with before and after data about the alignment. I called back for asking for the specific paper and was told they would get back to me. They never got back to me. I called back a second time and was told the rep was not available but would give me a call back. Never received a call back. At this point, I have no proof that the alignment was ever done and I paid for the service. Very disappointing. Will not bring back my car for service at Honda of DTLA. More
