When I got there no one was super friendly they were just like regular except the guy who drives the cars up and down the ramp and the salesman. I was also expecting them to be more helpful like the commercials not necessarily extravagant gifts but small courtesies like my car was there for like a month it would have been nice if my car was washed or like I didnt have any gas in the car when I brought it in. It would've be nice after paying 7,000 dollars in repairs they could of compensated the gas which was only about a little above a quarter of a tank that they put in and mind you my car that was being repaired is a Honda.I am very grateful to GOD that my car is repaired in all this. I just feel if you label yourselves the Helpful Honda guys or whatever .You should live up to that. Small acts of kindness and courtesies can go a long way especially in an already stressful situation
