Honda of Downtown Los Angeles made buying a car a very pleasant experience. After a negative experience with a dealership in Montclair where extra mark ups were placed, and the reason being “we can,” I s pleasant experience. I came across HDLA and my questions were answered by David Cisneros multiple times by text as I requested. I came in to the showroom Matt Hartman helped me. They made sure all numbers discussed matched up. No surprises. No hidden fees. The car that I had bought was not in yet, but it was delivered on the date promised. I passed three Honda Dealerships and I will absolutely buy my next car here. More

The assistance when calling to order lost key and programming was not helpful. When I went in for the appointment of my lost key, they said it was not ordered. Now I have to go a second time.
