The only reason I don’t give them 1 star is because of the awesome service techs Henry and Stephen who were very friendly and great in dealing with things out of their control. Poor customer service from the awesome service techs Henry and Stephen who were very friendly and great in dealing with things out of their control. Poor customer service from management who asked I pay for two lug nuts they broke during my tire rotation. I paid $115.36 fair price for service they couldn’t cover $7.98 for an incident I had no control over. Definitely will find new dealer when visiting CA. I only went due to close proximity to my family and a text for $10 off when booking service appointment. Thank goodness for dealers like Parker Johnstone in Wilsonville, OR. Airport Marina Honda has also been excellent in past visits. More
