Excellent service from the financial representative on the other hand the sale representatives lacked information and knowledge of the products offered, the add ons and costs associated with said products the other hand the sale representatives lacked information and knowledge of the products offered, the add ons and costs associated with said products. I felt, I spent more time than was required to attain the information i had requested which was as simple as a starting MSRP plus cost of the additional items to attain the Built MSRP for car. The car had features which i was not made aware during the purchasing phase such as the lounge mode, customizable backlights for the dashboard, the extra button to lock the car from the trunk etc. All great feature in the car that show the thoughtfulness behind the design of the vehicle and all of which are great selling points. The cost of the add on seem exorbitant when compared to the price Honda suggests selling the product at, with a 2-4 time mark up if not more well above what could be considered a fair mark up for the current environment. Understandably no upcharge was added to the vehicle price, on the other hand the add-ons did carry a significant price differential. Overall if i had to recommend this Honda it would be with cautions. More
