Overall the selling crew was great. I cannot say the same thing about the finance group. RIZA AMARI was terrible. She tried to bundle me and sell me things I did not want. Communication could have been better. I called and received information about a four-hour diagnostic test and scheduled the time that was best for me; it took more than four-hours. I was I called and received information about a four-hour diagnostic test and scheduled the time that was best for me; it took more than four-hours. I was then told it was going to be a three-day job ( drop off 4/23/22 @8:00am the car was ready 4/30/2022 @2:00pm). After several calls and waiting for a callback I finally asked for the General Manager (David I think) and he took care of everything. Allow me to drop the Enterprise rental car because they closed at 2:00 on that day . I want to thank your GM for making my overall experience good. I will bring my car in for service as needed. More

The reason I’m giving a good score it’s because the guy on the phone really help a lot. I had a horrible experience with RIZA AMARI. She was rude and yelled at us. She tried to sell us things we didn’t wan on the phone really help a lot. I had a horrible experience with RIZA AMARI. She was rude and yelled at us. She tried to sell us things we didn’t want. She got upset and aggressive when we decline additional fees. She belittle me and handle her self unprofessionally. She mentioned that this are how things are and I should take everything if not she was not gonna sale the car. More

I still can't believe I walked out with the car I wanted! !! All thanks to Riza, Bryan and Joaquin!! Riza definitely is Wonder Woman!!! She helped me out to the fullest!
