Lack of communication, professionalism, accountability and disregard to ensuring excellent customer service. The ineptitude of the service advisor ‘RIGOBERTO AVILA’ caused a massive mishap for me and for and disregard to ensuring excellent customer service. The ineptitude of the service advisor ‘RIGOBERTO AVILA’ caused a massive mishap for me and for those in the sales department who were stuck trying to sort his inadequate way of handling his job because the service department was closed and he rushed out without verifying that the vehicle he pulled out was mine. Honda of Downtown Los Angeles used to be great; my brother bought his car here because of my recommendation but now, I would not bother ever stepping a foot in after this horrible mess. I could have walked out with a customers car and no one would have known!! Unbelievable! More
