Honestly, this was the best car buying experience I've ever had. From sales to finance, it was such a breeze & not stressful at all! These 2 guys were the best duo at this dealer & we could never thank them enough! I had came in a couple of months ago & didn't have the best experience with other people but coming back was the best decision I could have ever made because of these guys. I went in for a battery replacement under warranty. Spent an hour to get verified that I bought the battery through Honda (different Honda 2 yrs ago. I didn’t have the receipt on me because I'm from out of t an hour to get verified that I bought the battery through Honda (different Honda 2 yrs ago. I didn’t have the receipt on me because I'm from out of town, but the advisor was helpful with obtaining this and communicated throughout- this was the highlight and reason for 4 stars on customer service). I was then told it would be done in 1 hour, but 15 mins later updated to 2 hours because they were out on lunch. I understood, although annoyed they initially said otherwise knowing they had their 1-hour lunch. I then saw the same issue, which I noted when I got my car back with the replaced battery. He said there may be more internal problems but I could come back for a diagnostic if it persists, or go to another mechanic. I then saw new issues while I was driving, I drove around a bit to confirm it wasn't temporary. I went to another mechanic and they said the codes weren’t reset when this Honda Service dept replaced the battery. The other mechanic shop quickly cleared the codes in a couple mins and my car has had no issues since. Glad I didn't pay for a diagnostic at Honda for something they missed. More
