Amir provided great service in finding us a Honda Civic. He was very personable and walked us through the process easily. Lack of communication between the service representatives and customers. I wasn't informed I needed service of my car and when I brought it in I wasn't informed when it was ready. After picking it up 7 hours and customers. I wasn't informed I needed service of my car and when I brought it in I wasn't informed when it was ready. After picking it up 7 hours later the key battery was almost dead and it wasn't replaced. When I got in my car and saw the light stating it was almost dead pop up. They without care said u can get it paid for over there and simply pointed across the dealership. I simply left as they didn't have a care in the world. I would never sing praise of this dealership. I just needed my car fixed to get the registration paid for. I will definitely tell anyone buying a Honda or needing to get their car serviced not to come to this dealer. I'm from NJ and the Hamilton dealership is nicer. What awful service. More
