Adam was amazing! He listened to me and understood my needs and then matched them with a quickness. Dealership and showroom are so high tech and super clean. Dealership is nice and have good inventory in tough times. However salesman was very new and rookie. He wasn't sure about car locations and even he was not sure about operation of vehicle. About pricing I would say they were not open about hidden accessories cost which surprises me. Initially internet manager told me msrp+taxes and fees, later on at shop they told me about accessories cost which I don't feel worth it. More

I Did not like the way I was Rushed when they called me that my Vehicle was Ready to be picked up. I was asked to Log in and pay on line while driving (having my hands on steering wheel). I declined to do that my Vehicle was Ready to be picked up. I was asked to Log in and pay on line while driving (having my hands on steering wheel). I declined to do as I was told to prevent myself on causing a distraction vehicle accident. Also I was told that a message had been sent to me via text which I check and it was Never True. The only 1 message was the one sent to me during the initial encounter when vehicle was Dropped off. I was given minutes to arrive at dealer or I was told that my vehicle was not going to be given to me until Monday. Terrible Experience More
