SERVICE VISIT

I’m pretty upset with the service dept. THEY FORGOT TO CALL ME TO PICKUP MY CAR!!! So furious 6 hours for oil change and brake fluid change?! I’m so upset!!! showed up to see what the issue was and the cr CALL ME TO PICKUP MY CAR!!! So furious 6 hours for oil change and brake fluid change?! I’m so upset!!! showed up to see what the issue was and the crew WAS GONE!!! Luckily a rep was there to help.. apparently my service rep left with out checking to see if all his stuff was taken care of. I’ve been here before and never had this issue they completely dropped the ball this last time. More
