Employees withhold information about the price of the vehicle. You are only shown the monthly payment and not the total out the door, despite specifically asking for it. I only agreed to run my credit be vehicle. You are only shown the monthly payment and not the total out the door, despite specifically asking for it. I only agreed to run my credit because I was told my trade in would Be a certain amount. After they ran my credit, they valued my trade in for $4000 less. On top of this, I was told that the remaining balance on my trade in would be covered. After 6 hours of being told that I would get a certain price, I get down to financing just to see that I’m going to have to pay $11k more than what I was previously told. On top of this, their $1500 KARR security system is apparently mandatory (despite it saying it’s optional in the contract). I understand they have their sales tactics, but they are blatantly lying about pricing just to get you to run your credit and waste hours here. Would not recommend anyone shop here. More
