The facility was neat and clean. The service attendant's could have been a little friendlier. I was not happy with my final check out. I had to ask several attendants for a print out of my recommended serv could have been a little friendlier. I was not happy with my final check out. I always take my Honda CRV to this specific location. I always get a service advisor that knows what’s best for my car. For this specific visit I was assisted by Jaqueline. She identified that my front tir always get a service advisor that knows what’s best for my car. For this specific visit I was assisted by Jaqueline. She identified that my front tires were really worn out. I explained her my concern as to why they were low since I had just purchased new ones the year before. She took the initiative to investigate what went wrong and was able to provide me an explanation. I always prefer to have her be my advisor because she goes above and beyond to do what’s best for my car. I truly appreciate her dedication and hard work. More

Horrible customer service, was treated poorly when returning a vehicle. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone! Also,The fact that they approve you and tell you... you can take the car and a returning a vehicle. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone!
