I can overstate how thankful I am for the patience, time, knowledge, and efforts of Mario Delgado (or Mario Medina) of the Sales Department and Delphine Smith of the Finance Department and that will never be knowledge, and efforts of Mario Delgado (or Mario Medina) of the Sales Department and Delphine Smith of the Finance Department and that will never be enough. Despite the fact that the pandemic AND the microchip shortage are currently still ongoing, the fact that Mario decided to take his time to negotiate with me for the best OTD price means a lot more than I thought. It wasn't easy, but his efforts really showed. Mario was thoroughly respectful and understanding of what I was looking for and did his best to accommodate me throughout my car-shopping journey. What I absolutely loved about working with Mario is the fact that everything he's said and done remained true and honest to the day I picked up my car; that level of honesty, patience, and efforts is rare to find nowadays, from my point of view. Although the APR and total price (that included all taxes, fees, GAP insurance, and the dealership's lifetime warranty) were not as low as I expected, the Finance Manager Delphine Smith really helped me out UNEXPECTEDLY a lot more than I thought by making sure that the total price was as low as possible, IN ADDITION to educating me about refinance, GAP insurance, APR, etc. as the first-time buyer. Delphine kept everything she's said and done simple, concise, and true to the very end. For that, I'm humbly forever grateful for everything she's done. The whole car-buying process at your dealership was very time-consuming, but these two individuals made the whole process ultimately worth it at the end.
