The customer service is really great at Honda DTLA!! It’s so important to me that a service provider stand behind their work. Worst experience at a dealership ive ever had. Couldn’t get anyone to call us or even talk to me about my cars status during the day, so I eventually just picked up my car. Then I waited 45 minutes for the get anyone to call us or even talk to me about my cars status during the day, so I eventually just picked up my car. Then I waited 45 minutes for them to bring me my car. On top of that, 30 minutes after leaving the dealership my tire pressure light came on. I’m never going back here. More

I made an appointment at 3pm and had to wait in my car until 3:40pm at the service station to even see a service technician to check me in. I was done after 5pm. You shouldn’t take that many service customers if you don’t have the capacity. Quantity over quality is not a good experience for a customer. This review has nothing to do with your staff who assisted me. They were courteous and professional but also overwhelmed and overworked. The lady who helped me was great but I spent too much time waiting. More
