Due to the new vehicle shortages, I paid MSRP, which was better than paying the markups that I was quoted by other dealerships. The processing of paperwork was VERY speedy, which was appreciated. It’s been more than eight years since I purchased a vehicle and this new vehicle is my first hybrid —- and there wasn’t any explanation of the gauges and how things work, but I am figuring things out on my own. So far, I am really happy with my vehicle and I like the lifetime limited warranty. Overall, it’s been a good experience with Honda of Downtown Los Angeles! More
