Pathetically Bad Service Department My father bought his Honda from Honda of Downtown Los Angeles and always had his service done there. The other day, he noticed the air conditioner My father bought his Honda from Honda of Downtown Los Angeles and always had his service done there. The other day, he noticed the air conditioner wasn't working and today went to the service department at 6:45AM. He was the first customer serviced when they opened at 7AM. He explained the problem with the air conditioner and they convinced him to have his 30K mile maintenance and said everything would be finished in 4 hours. After four hours, they told him that it was going to take another hour to fix. For the rest of the day, they kept pushing back and pushing back the delivery time. He did not get his car back until 2:45PM, nearly EIGHT HOURS later, for warranty service and repairs. To compensate him for having to spend the WHOLE DAY at the service center, they knocked 10% off his bill. Honda of Downtown Los Angeles clearly does not value their customers' time. More

For my last oil change I went to another Honda Dealership because it was closer but the customer service was wasn't as good as Downtown Los Angeles. Thank you all for your incredible work. More
