The sales representatives are not upfront with what they can offer, they will tell you anything to keep you at the dealership longer. I was very clear with what I wanted and only after several rounds of bac can offer, they will tell you anything to keep you at the dealership longer. I was very clear with what I wanted and only after several rounds of back and forth did they provide an offer around the range I originally asked for. They ran 4 hard inquiries on my credit when I only consented to one. I have done business with Honda dealerships since 2015 and this experience has been the worst. It was the typical sleazy car salesman experience that they will try to do and say whatever to make the sale, not considering integrity or honesty. Extremely dissatisfied and I will not return for any other purchase or car maintenance. More
