2 our of 10. Did not know about packages and had to go get info too many times. After I took possession of car, later that evening I realized that your conseirge Did not know about packages and had to go get info too many times. After I took possession of car, later that evening I realized that your conseirge had all my keys, including my house key among others. I called Mr. Rivera and explained this, and that I was on vacation the next week and would not be able to pick them up. He agreed to send keys in mail. They never arrived. He never sent email or chat to report if he could or could not find keys. Not very helpful at all, especially after sale was finished and car in my possession. Have not and will not recommend Downtown Honda of Los Angeles to anyone. More
