Made an appointment on 9/28/23 at 8am for AC issue not blowing cold air while idle (stop & go at traffic) this issue started after they changed the evaporator & condenser on 1/23/23. I brought it up days blowing cold air while idle (stop & go at traffic) this issue started after they changed the evaporator & condenser on 1/23/23. I brought it up days after but nothing was done as supposedly they didn’t find any issues. Condenser was changed first on 6/15/19 so this is under warranty. Few hours after Carlos call me and said they could not replicate the issue, he said the tech drove my car for 2.5hrs and didn’t find issues but when picked my car I noticed the gas and mileage was the same as when I dropped it?! On 10/2/23 Alfredo called me and I explained what happened he then said to bring the car and see him instead, made the appointment for 10/5/23 at 8am but after 30min waiting I walked in the offices asking for him. Turn out he is the manager and has forgotten I was there and had been waiting to be seen and helped. He then handed my case to Eddie, that day the tech John called and asked me questions and Eddie called at 3:23pm to tell me they needed to keep my car for another day I refused and told him I was picking it up later that day. When I arrived had to ask couple of people who could hand es me my car keys, finally someone was able to help me and said that Eddie would call me the next day. He call me the following day to tell me the tech found a possible issue and needed to replace the compressor and see if that would fix the issue. I replied it might fix the issue? What if not? He said we have to start somewhere! I am very disappointed that just because my car is an older model they don’t care and pay the same attention as newer models. Definitely not thinking of buying Honda cars in the future. More
