I took my Honda Civic 2012 for service and recall check. The agent who “help” me; sold me a service that came to $3268.22. The day I took the car out the dealer, the weather was cool so I didn’t use the AC The agent who “help” me; sold me a service that came to $3268.22. The day I took the car out the dealer, the weather was cool so I didn’t use the AC. Few days later I used the car and there was no cold air. I took it back and the guy who nicely “helped” me the previous time, this time treated me as if I was trying to take advantage. When I only wanted to have my car fixed back. I try ta learn what was wrong, the agent ignored me and never explain what had happened or what was done to my car. Until now my car’s ac is not working properly.
