Service on my car is good from the mechanics. Customer service is not good at all. High turnover rate in the customer service department. Never any consistency with the level of customer service. Last time I was there I was very disappointed in the customer service I received. But it’s been like this every time I go. So now, I am not expecting any good customer service anymore.
